Sara-Mohammad Headshot SquareWith over a decade of professional experience, Sara has worked across diverse sectors with seemingly disparate connections or overlapping mandates, yet this has strengthened her thoughtful understanding of diverse and intersecting systems, interpersonal dynamics, and each individual’s need to thrive amidst varying levels of barriers. What calls Sara to this work is her passion for sustainable transformation rooted in integrity, authenticity and equity.

As an intuitive coach, seasoned convenor, and analytical consultant, Sara brings all of herself into her work. She is personable, relatable and diplomatically articulate, creating a safe and supportive environment for individuals, groups and organizations to identify underlying issues, address internal/external barriers, while motivating positive outcomes from within. Sara leans on both evidence-informed and intuitive approaches to motivating this change, and each modality is thoughtfully catered towards creating an approach that works best for the client.

Sara is a world traveler and first generation mixed-race woman of colour, born and raised in Toronto. As a published writer, researcher, leadership trainer, exhibited artist, yoga therapist, life coach and adult educator, she is always striving to be a better version of herself (intellectually, creatively, spiritually) and brings this diversity, analytical playfulness and self-awareness into her client relationships.
